For cordless personal cooling, Morphy Richards Flexi Freeze 1L is the clearest mini option. A small desktop cooler is for nearby airflow, while the larger Duux Flow and Morphy Richards 7L serve different room-based needs.
Quick answer
Morphy Richards Flexi Freeze 1L is the strongest match for a best mini air cooler search because the maker describes it as rechargeable and personal, with USB-C input. If you can accept a larger footprint, Duux Flow lists a 9.3-litre tank; the Morphy Richards 7L offers multiple modes and remote control but is not a mini appliance.

Common questions
A personal model with directed airflow is usually the relevant format. Morphy Richards describes its 1L unit as a desk and travel cooler, rather than a whole-room appliance.
Some are. The Morphy Richards Flexi Freeze 1L page specifies USB-C charging; verify power details for any other model before assuming it is cordless.
A mini personal unit may help the person sitting nearby, but its maker may not claim room cooling. Check intended use and coverage statements carefully.
A fan moves air; an evaporative mini cooler passes airflow across water. It needs filling and cleaning, and performance depends on surrounding conditions.

A portable air cooler can mean an evaporative unit, a fan or a portable air conditioner in shopping results. Identify the cooling method before choosing a model.
For a lower-fuss personal option, compare the Morphy Richards 1L rechargeable model; for a larger tank, assess the Swan Nordic or Morphy Richards 7L against your space.
For a fuller-featured room unit, consider Morphy Richards Flexi Freeze 7L; the Swan Nordic offers a five-litre tank, while Morphy Richards’ 1L model is rechargeable and personal.
A portable air cooler is not automatically an air conditioner. Check whether the appliance evaporates water, simply moves air or uses a refrigeration system.
