01
Check the Hub is online
Confirm that your Ultra Hub 7 is powered and connected to broadband before pairing. Vodafone’s setup instructions say to place the Booster close to the Hub for the initial connection; do not begin with the extender already at the edge of coverage.
02
Pair the Booster beside the Ultra Hub 7
Plug the Super WiFi 7 Booster into a nearby socket and wait for it to start. Vodafone’s instructions for Ultra Hub 7 say to press and hold the Hub’s WPS button, then press and hold the Booster’s WPS button. Allow pairing to finish and check that the Booster reaches its connected light state.
03
Move it towards the weak-coverage area
After pairing, unplug the Booster and place it between the Hub and the room where WiFi drops away. It needs a usable link back to the Hub, so if the connection indicator reports a weak link, move it closer and check again.
04
What flashing purple means
Vodafone lists flashing purple as pairing in progress. A solid purple light means the extender is not connected to the WiFi network; Vodafone advises pressing the WPS buttons to pair it. Wait for pairing to complete rather than relocating it while the process is underway.
05
What flashing blue means
Vodafone says flashing blue indicates power-up, booting or a factory reset in progress. Give the Booster time to start. If it remains in that state or changes to an error indication, check Vodafone’s light guide and connection troubleshooting before repeating setup.
06
If pairing fails
Check the Hub has internet access, bring the Booster close to it and retry the WPS sequence. Vodafone’s troubleshooting page describes a factory reset using the reset pin held for the stated interval, followed by a restart and fresh setup; use that only if a normal retry has not worked. Contact Vodafone if the error persists.

Sky has different booster products for different broadband generations. Sky Max customers may use a Max Pod; check your account and hub-specific help before seeking a third-party extender.
A WiFi extender can carry your router signal further, but placement and backhaul matter. Choose a plug-in repeater for a nearby dead zone, powerline WiFi for difficult layouts, or an outdoor-rated unit for a garden.
