Air Coolers with Water Tanks: Capacity, Refills and Care

Water enables evaporative cooling, but the result depends on air humidity, airflow and ventilation. Adding more water beyond the marked level does not necessarily improve cooling.

Possible causes include overfilling, a unit that is not level, splash from the tank or a misplaced pad. Turn it off, unplug it and follow the exact model's troubleshooting instructions before using it again.
